Attitudes towards ICT often depend on ICT experience gained in both an educational context as well as during leisure time. While 61% of the non-users feel to old to avail themselves of computers only 12% of those who use a computer. Morover, 38% of the non-users feel sufficiently informed about computers while 65% of the users do. Three fourth (76%) of users are keen on learning about technological developments, but less than half (46%) of non-users are.
