The projects so far do take into consideration the whole population, and not only the elderly people. In the context of e-Luxembourg exists a project "Internetbrécken bauen", which is composed of three factors:
The project described above is conducted by e-Luxembourg and the communities together with the respective associations, like the Senior Clubs. There are no other projects, which have as a target group only the elderly or handicapped people. The country is too small to divide the projects into several age groups.
